蔡祖逖,男,中国广东省汕头市人,1935年3月3日生。2025年5月受聘为香港文联名誉主席。杰出教育学家卓越艺术家。2024年文旅部评定为中国四大国粹传承人之一,同时文旅部与外交部联合授予世界书法第一人称号并发给证书,是共和国勋章获得者并获中国功勋模范人物称号。2025年4月17日—21日迪拜主办第十一届世界艺术博览会,中国首次参加,我是国象书法参展代表,展出作品二幅《精气神》与《不忘初心,继续前进》。
现为中国教育行业专家委员会委员,获“中国教育著名专家”称号,是2006年第三届中国教育家大会会员,本届大会特邀嘉宾:北京中联科教育研究中心研究员。中国有突出贡献专家,中亚联合国际经济发展研究中心高级研究员,中共党校主编“市县领导月刊”理事会委员,“中国评论月刊“特邀评论员,中国国际文艺家协会博学会员,高级研究员,中国国学研究院高级研究员,中国世界华人作家艺术家协会会员,中国延安文艺学会会员。

Zutie, male, born in Shantou City, Guangdong Province, China on March
3, 1935. Appointed Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of
Literary and Art Circles in May 2025. A distinguished educator and
outstanding artist. In 2024, he was recognized as one of China’s Four
National Cultural Heritage Inheritors by the Ministry of Culture and
Tourism. The ministry jointly awarded him the title of "World’s Premier
Calligrapher" with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while also
conferring upon him the Medal of the Republic and the title of China’s
Meritorious Model Figure. From April 17 to 21,2025, during the 11th
World Art Expo hosted in Dubai, I represented Chinese chess and
calligraphy as an exhibition delegate, showcasing two works: "Jingqi
Shen" (Spiritual Pursuit) and "Stay True to Our Original Aspiration,
Keep Moving Forward." Currently serving as a member of the China
Education Industry Expert Committee, he has been honored with the title
of "China’s Renowned Education Expert." As a member of the 2006 Third
China Educators Conference, he was invited as a guest speaker at the
Beijing Zhonglianke Education Research Center. His accolades include
being a China Outstanding Contribution Expert, Senior Researcher at the
Central Asia Joint International Economic Development Research Center,
Council Member of the "City and County Leaders Monthly" published by the
CPC Party School, Special Commentator for "China Review Monthly,"
Academician of the China International Artists Association, Senior
Researcher at the China National Studies Institute, Member of the China
World Chinese Writers and Artists Association, and Member of the China
Yan ’an Literature and Art Association. Additionally, he holds honorary
positions as Honorary President of the China Celebrity Association’s
Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, Lifetime Honorary Advisor
of the China Ethnic Culture and Art Research Institute, Honorary Council
Member of China Literary and Art Pictorial Press, Senior Consultant for
Special Appointment Calligraphy and Painting, Vice Chairman and
Reviewer of the International ISQ9000A Calligraphy and Painting Artist
Certification Center, among others. He was honored with the 2006 "Golden
Medal" among China’s Top 100 Industry Trailblazers jointly awarded by
the China Asia-Pacific Economic Development Research Center and the
Taiwan Economic, Trade and Cultural Exchange Center. He received the
Gold Award for "Outstanding Figure of the Decade in Chinese Culture
Studies" from the Chinese Celebrity Association’s Chinese Calligraphy
and Painting Research Institute, along with accolades including
"National Artistic Achievement Award for the Decade in Chinese Culture
Studies", "Excellence in Fine Arts Award", "Pearl Artist of the Decade
in Chinese Culture Studies", and "Outstanding Contemporary Art Talent in
China".
